Service awards program

KEDPLASMA has adopted a Service Recognition Award Program to recognize and celebrate milestones in the careers of its employees. We have several award options for employees reaching anniversaries of 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 5-year increments thereafter.

On the spot awards

Spot awards allow KEDPLASMA’s managers to recognize employee accomplishments as they happen “on the spot”, making the accomplishment and award more relevant and “immediate” for the employee. Spot awards reinforce positive behavior and let employees know that efforts are noticed and appreciated.
