How do I apply for a current job opening?

After you have selected the position(s) in which you are interested, click on the position title to review the job summary and requirements. If you meet the requirements and you are interested in the opportunity, please submit your cover letter and resume to [email protected] . Your cover letter should reference the position and position location. Make sure your resume provides an accurate representation of your education, work experience, certifications and qualifications for the position.

What if I am interested in multiple positions?

If you are interested in more than one position, please apply to each position separately.

What if I don’t see the position I am interested in?

If you are interested in a position that is not listed, use the position titled “Your job here” and submit your cover letter and resume. Your cover letter should reference the type of position and location.

What happens to my resume submission?

Your resume will be evaluated against the requirements for the position. Should you meet the minimum qualifications for the position(s) you have applied for, your resume will be forwarded to the appropriate department for further review and consideration. The hiring department will work with the recruitment team to determine which candidates’ qualifications most closely align with the needs of the organization. Unfortunately, due to the volume of resumes received, only qualified applicants will be contacted regarding further evaluation.

In case I am contacted, what can I expect?

Step 1. You will be requested to participate in a preliminary phone interview to further evaluate how your skills and background relate to the position.
Step 2. If your qualifications closely match the position and there is mutual interest in continuing the process, you will be scheduled for an in-depth interview with the hiring manager.

How long will the entire interviewing and selection process take with KEDPLASMA?

On average, it can take two to three weeks before a position is filled. Depending on the pool of applicants and additional factors, it could take longer. If the hiring department wishes to interview you, you will be contacted by a member of the recruitment team.

How long will my application be active with KEDPLASMA?

We maintain a qualified applicant database for sixty days from the date of submission. Please be sure to check for openings and submit your resume again after this period and/or if a new position opens in which you are interested and meet job requirements.
