Ethics and Compliance
Ethics and Compliance
All of us at KEDPLASMA USA are committed to acting in accordance with our values: working together as one, showing we care, operating with integrity, making a sustainable impact, and showing courage.
Integrity is the foundation of KEDPLASMA’s culture and our reputation with our stakeholders, including our donors and our patients.
GLOBAL CODE OF CONDUCT
Integrity is essential to fulfilling our mission of transforming patients’ lives and delivering potentially life-changing medicines to those in need. Our Global Code of Conduct (“Code”) serves as the cornerstone of our guiding principles, shaping how we approach our daily work. It provides clear guidance, reinforces our commitment to one another, and reflects our dedication to those we serve. We also expect our external stakeholders to uphold the principles of the Code when providing services for KEDPLASMA.
U.S. HEALTHCARE COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
KEDPLASMA is dedicated to operating with integrity, adhering to the highest ethical standards, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We prioritize principled decision-making in our interactions with healthcare professionals and institutions, assuring our business practices and product promotion are both informed and compliant.

SPEAK UP
A “Speak Up” culture is integral to KEDPLASMA’s values of Care, Integrity and Courage. It empowers our employees and external stakeholders the ability to “Speak Up” and make their voice heard whenever they have concerns regarding issues of non-compliance without the fear of retaliation.
For example, we want to hear about any instances of:
- Bribery and Corruption
- Discrimination
- Harassment or Bullying
- Anti-competitive practices
- Improper export and trade transactions
- Breach of Data Privacy Laws
- Inappropriate transactions with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, patient organizations or public officials in the healthcare sector
- Violations of our Code of Conduct and Corporate Values
- Human rights and environmental-related risks and violations
*Please note: this is not an all-inclusive list
If you notice any actions or behaviors that appear to conflict with KEDPLASMA’s commitments—such as misconduct, questionable practices, policy violations, or deviations from procedures—we encourage you to “Speak Up” and report them to us.
Reporting Directly
We encourage employees to share their concerns directly with someone within their immediate work environment, such as their supervisor or line manager, HR department, Ethics & Compliance department, or another trusted manager.
KEDPLASMA does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who in good faith seeks advice, raises a concern, or reports misconduct. Good faith reports are those submitted with the genuine belief that the information provided is true, regardless of whether a subsequent investigation confirms it.
Reporting via Speak Up Hotline: Web Report or Email
A report can filed via the confidential hotline. There are several ways to access the hotline that are available to employees as well as external stakeholders:
- Telephone (toll free): (844) 880-0003 (English speaking U.S. and Canada) or (800) 216-1288 (Spanish speaking North America)
- Web Report Form: www.lighthouse-services.com/kedrion
- Email: [email protected] (company name must be in the subject line).
We recommended you to provide your name and contact information, as this helps ensure the efficient and effective handling of any investigation related to your report. Rest assured, your identity and report will be kept confidential and shared only on a need-to-know basis or as required by local law. However, the hotline also offers the option to file a report anonymously if you prefer.
If you file anonymously, the system allows us to communicate with you without disclosing your identity. Please note that in some countries, KEDPLASMA may not be permitted—due to applicable legislation—to investigate alleged violations of laws, regulations, or company policies based on anonymous reports. Regardless of the circumstances, all reports that provide sufficient information will be given serious consideration.

U.S. Healthcare Providers and Organization Payments
KEDPLASMA is committed to transparency and accountability in its interactions with healthcare providers. As part of this commitment, we collect and report data annually on transfers of value, including research funding, meals, travel, gifts, and speaking fees to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) through the Open Payments program, commonly referred to as the “Sunshine Act”. This federal initiative enhances transparency in healthcare by publicly disclosing financial relationships between manufacturers, group purchasing organizations, and healthcare providers such as physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, anesthesiologist assistants, certified nurse-midwives, and teaching hospitals (collectively referred to as “Covered Recipients”).
The CMS Open Payments website provides access to detailed information about KEDPLASMA’s financial engagements with Covered Recipients. For more information about the Open Payments program, please visit https://openpaymentsdata.cms.gov.
