This information notice concerns the processing of personal data of non-anonymous whistleblowers in relation to the management of the reports received by Kedplasma through the donor feedback platform. The personal data that Kedplasma processes may include name, middle name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, landline and/or mobile telephone number, and if provided by the donor, the donor ID and donor status. This information is necessary for Kedplasma to manage the donor feedback platform implemented by the company.

The information will be received by the Customer Success Team who may share details of the report, on a need-to-know basis, with appropriate personnel within Kedplasma (such as representatives in HR, Quality, Legal, Compliance, Marketing or Internal Audit) or external advisors (such as lawyers or auditors) to facilitate further investigation and resolution. In certain circumstances, an obligation may also arise to share information with government, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities. The data will be archived by the third-party hotline platform provider, Workbooks.Your personal data may be transferred abroad within the Kedrion Group Companies or to third parties as noted above.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements; or to the extent permitted by law.
